Spartans secured the three points in Coatbridge as the Edinburgh outfit turned on the pressure in the second half, scoring two goals to climb to 6th in the table. The game proved to be a milestone night with both Robyn McCafferty and Becky Galbraith making their 100th appearance for Spartans, the former marking the occasion with the captains armband.
