Guide to Ainslie Park

Joining us at Ainslie Park for the first time this weekend? Here’s all you need to know on how to get to the ground.

All home games are played at The Spartans Community Football Academy, Ainslie Park Stadium, 94 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh EH5 2HF. Travelling to Ainslie Park is relatively straightforward. We are based in the North of Edinburgh and well served by public transport.

Travel by bus:

Lothian Buses services number 21 and 27 head along Ferry Road and you should get off the bus outside / opposite Morrison’s Supermarket, which is at the Crewe Toll end of the road.

You can also use the numbers 19, 24, 29, 37 & 47.  These all make their way to Crewe Toll – just past the Western General Hospital and before the Village Hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from Crewe Toll along Ferry Road, turning left onto Pilton Drive once you pass Morrison’s.

Travel by train:

For fans travelling by train, Waverley Station or Haymarket are your two choices.

Travel by car:

Car Parking at Ainslie Park is likely to be limited at best, unlikely at most as it will be very busy on match day.  Please do park responsibly and safely as both the football club and the neighbouring Leisure Centre will have many children enjoying themselves at both venues. Local on street parking will be available (please park responsibly).

Entry to Ainslie Park:

Turnstiles are usually open an hour before kick-off with the upstairs cafe serving refreshments. The four turnstiles at the Pilton Drive entrance will be used for home and away fans. Two of the turnstiles will be cash only, two of them will take cards and also be used for those who have bought tickets in advance on Fanbase.

Admission Prices:

Tickets for the fixture are priced at £8 for adults and £5 for concessions, with U16s going free. There will be a pay at the gate option however advance purchases can be made via Fanbase to save time at the turnstiles.

Season tickets can be purchased through our club shop here. Alternatively, season tickets can be purchased at Ainslie Park on match days.
