The club are thrilled to today announce that Becky Galbraith has signed a contract extension.

The ever prolific Becky Galbraith has had a milestone season in the capital. The striker made her 100th appearance in a midweek game away to Glasgow Women, marking the occasion with a goal in what ended in a 2-0 win. Becky also recently reached the 50 goal landmark, hitting a hat trick into Aberdeen in a 6-2 win.

No stranger to finding the back of the net, Becky hit 16 goals in the 22/23 season. Our number 18 ending the season with a Parks Motor Group SWPL Player of the Month nomination.

After putting pen-to-paper, Becky had the below to say:
“I’m delighted to sign for Spartans for another season. The club is moving in the right direction and is going from strength to strength each season. It’s been an incredible personal journey for me so far. I have achieved so many individual accolades over the past few years and I hope to continue this. The most important thing for me is to continue improving and helping the club achieve as much as we can.”
