International Football this coming Tuesday at Ainslie Park

International Football returns once again to Ainslie Park this week when Pauline Hamill’s Scotland Women’s U16 squad welcome Finland to the Capital for a challenge match double-header.

Scotland will play Finland on Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th with the first game a pay-at-the-door event with a 7pm kick-off.

International Women’s Football at Ainslie Park this Wednesday

5085-SFA Scotland U17s v ROI 480x320Ainslie Park will host the future of Women’s football this Wednesday when the Scotland Under-17 team play an International Challenge game against the Republic of Ireland.

Pauline Hamill’s young team will play at the home of Spartans on Wednesday 2 September (kick-off 7pm) in preparation for the start of their Euro Qualifying campaign in October. (more…)

Teenage Tartan Spartans set for Under 17s Euro Qualifiers in Croatia

Scotland logoEartha Cumings and Ronaigh Douglas are the latest Tartan Spartans to feature in an International squad as the pair travel to Croatia to compete in the Under 17s U.E.F.A. European Championship Qualifying tournament.

The duo head to the town of Porec, situated in the west of Croatia, early next week as part of Pauline Hamill’s 22 player squad as they get set to take on Montenegro followed by Croatia before heading to the coastal city of Umag to finish their trio of games in seven days against Sweden. (more…)
