Lana catches a bit of sight seeing. “This is the Brasilia Cathedral designed in 1970 by Oscar Niemeyer who died in 2012 aged 104! We also visited Alex Ellis the British Ambassador to Brazil since July 2013 after a period as Director for Strategy at the Foreign Office”.

Lana was then of to the Garrincha Stadium for the Canada game and although she  didn’t get on the experience must have been fantastic. Lana said “It was a disappointing result but the girls played outstanding and were unlucky to go a goal down early on as we were on top! Overall great experience to be a part of! I am looking forward to playing hosts Brazil on Sunday”.
