It’s a return to Ainslie Park for Debbi McCulloch’s side who are looking to bounce back after a defeat on the road to Dundee United. 

Spartans will be hoping to build on home form and also that of record Ainslie Park crowds throughout the season so far. Last time out in SWPL action Spartans fell to a late winner in Dundee. Meanwhile, Sunday’s visitors Glasgow Women were defeated 6-0 by Hibernian.

Spartans and Glasgow Women have only faced off in competitive action once before. The fixture took place in 2021 in the SWPL Cup group stages, Spartans ran out 4-0 winners on the day, with striker Becky Galbraith grabbing a hat trick to secure the team progressed to the next round.

Spartans currently lie 9th in the SWPL table, searching for their third win of the season. Glasgow Women are currently 12th, looking to earn their first points of the season.
