We are thrilled to announce the signing of attacking player Keira Chuter to Spartans Football Club. Keira joins us from Celtic F.C. Women, after spending last season on loan to Dundee United Women F.C., and has signed a one year contract with the club.

Chuter, who received SWPL Goal of the Month Award back in September 2023 for a wonderful strike versus Rangers Women had this to say upon signing for the club: “I’m really excited for a new challenge in my football career and grasping the opportunity of SWPL football with a great team and club. I’m looking forward to growing as a player and giving it all for this team and can’t wait to achieve great things.”

A delighted Jack Beesley commented: “Keira was a player who always caught my eye at Under 18s level with her technical qualities, football intelligence and ability to perform well across a range of positions. After a year or so where she’d fallen out of love with football somewhat, she was keen for a fresh challenge which would reignite her passion, and I’m confident the environment we have at Spartans will unlock this. She’s very determined to make the most of a fresh start and we’ve already seen the game-changing moments she is capable of. I look forward to working with her this season”.
